How to read these numbers

These are not the platforms' revenues
No platform sends us its figures. Each amount is the sum of the sales that LinkQuiver sellers recorded in the tool on that platform. A platform can have a thousand times more sellers than the ones in this panel.
This period's panel
Over this period, 35 sellers recorded 4,071 sales in LinkQuiver, for €255,395 in total — platform sales and direct sales combined. The median seller reports €1,147; a quarter of the panel is above €4,974. Typical profile: a publisher running a portfolio of sites listed on several platforms at once, mostly French-speaking.
What it is good for
Comparing platforms with each other. Within one period the figures come from the same sellers and the same sites, so the gap between two platforms is meaningful even though the absolute amounts are only a fraction of the market.
What it does not say
Neither market shares nor a market trend: the panel grows every month, so the amounts rise even when the market does not move. Compare platforms inside a period, not one period against another.

Methodology: real sales recorded by LinkQuiver sellers (the dates and amounts of their own orders), not a survey or an estimate. Net seller amounts, dollar amounts converted to euros. The table excludes direct sales. A platform only appears once at least 3 distinct sellers have sold through it in the period and none of them accounts for more than 80% of its total: below that, the published aggregate would be a single account's revenue. The median price is what a typical sale goes for on that platform, half the sales above, half below; it is only published from 10 sales in the period onwards, below which it would amount to the price of one specific sale. Recomputed every night.

The platforms listed here are neither partners, nor sources, nor reviewers of these figures: they have no way to influence their position. A platform that feels misrepresented can get in touch — we will go through the data with them.
