Official MCP server

Control your site network
from your AI

Connect LinkQuiver to Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor or any compatible MCP client. Your assistant accesses your sites, sales and keywords — and can act: add a site, record a sale, launch content generation.

What you need

  • A LinkQuiver account — the MCP server is included from the free plan.
  • An MCP-compatible client (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, VS Code…).
  • No API key or password: the connection uses OAuth, you confirm in the browser.

Just ask…

  • « What's my link-selling revenue this month, by platform? »
  • « Add monsite.fr to my catalog, €80 per article, Finance thematic »
  • « Record a €49/month hosting expense at OVH since January »
  • « List .fr auction domains with TF > 20 ending today »
  • « Plan 60 days of content on monsite.fr with 2 articles per day »
  • « I just got a €125 order to fulfill on this site, here is the brief: … »

Installation

One URL to know, the same for every client:

https://linkquiver.com/api/mcp

Authentication uses OAuth: your client opens a LinkQuiver page in the browser, you sign in with your usual account, you confirm — that's it. No API key to copy, no password to share.

CClaude

Claude.ai / Claude Desktop

  1. Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector
  2. Paste the server URL, then Connect → Authorize

Claude Code (CLI)

claude mcp add --transport http linkquiver https://linkquiver.com/api/mcp

Then type /mcp in a session to start authentication.

GChatGPT

  1. Settings → Connectors → enable developer mode (Plus / Pro / Business)
  2. Add a connector, paste the server URL
  3. Sign in to LinkQuiver in the OAuth window → Authorize

Codex (OpenAI)

codex mcp add linkquiver --url https://linkquiver.com/api/mcp
codex mcp login linkquiver

The second command opens the browser for authorization. Once validated, the tools are available in all your Codex sessions.

Cursor

Add this block to ~/.cursor/mcp.json (or Settings → MCP → Add new MCP server):

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "linkquiver": {
      "url": "https://linkquiver.com/api/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Cursor detects the server and opens OAuth authorization on the first call.

<>VS Code (GitHub Copilot)

Create .vscode/mcp.json in your project (or the MCP: Add Server command):

{
  "servers": {
    "linkquiver": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://linkquiver.com/api/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Other clients (Windsurf, Cline, n8n…)

Any client supporting the Streamable HTTP + OAuth 2.0 transport works. Most use the same mcpServers config:

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "linkquiver": {
      "url": "https://linkquiver.com/api/mcp"
    }
  }
}

The server exposes the standard discovery metadata (RFC 9728, 8414) and dynamic client registration (RFC 7591) — your client self-registers, nothing to pre-configure.

Headless servers (cron, autonomous agents)

No browser to complete OAuth? Use a long-lived API key instead, passed as a header:

Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http linkquiver https://linkquiver.com/api/mcp \
  --header "Authorization: Bearer bel_xxxxxxxx"

Codex — ~/.codex/config.toml

[mcp_servers.linkquiver]
url = "https://linkquiver.com/api/mcp"
bearer_token_env_var = "LINKQUIVER_API_KEY"
export LINKQUIVER_API_KEY="bel_xxxxxxxx"

Create the key from your profile (Settings → API keys — included with every plan). It never expires and can be revoked in one click. Works with any MCP client that accepts custom headers.

Check it works: once connected, ask your AI “list my sites”. If it answers with your network, the integration is up.

The 70 available tools

The MCP server is open to every plan. Each plan has a daily call quota (reset at midnight, Paris time):

  • Free: 100 calls/day, read + write
  • Starter: unlimited calls, read + write
  • Business: unlimited calls, read + write

All tools are accessible whatever your plan. A call beyond the daily quota or an insufficient credit balance returns a clear message — never a cryptic error.

Credit consumption

Most tools are free (read). Those that consume credits:

refresh_site_metrics1 credit per refresh
add_keywords (Semrush optional)1 credit per keyword if Semrush fetch (toggleable, adding alone is free) — duplicates ignored at no cost
analyze_domain5 credits per domain — re-analyzing the same domain the same day isn't charged
publish_or_schedule (use_wisewand)20 Wisewand credits per article
publish_or_schedule (content) / mark_keyword_usedFree (0 credits)
get_keyword_briefFree
create_guest_post_from_brief20 credits per written article
rewrite_non_indexed_content20 credits per rewritten URL
submit_urls_for_indexing5 credits per submitted URL
unlock_expired_domain30 to 150 credits depending on metrics (surcharged for the free plan)
LinkCircle (link exchange)5 credits per received link — held in escrow at booking, refunded if the link is not delivered

Check your balance any time by asking your AI for your credit balance. If the balance is insufficient, the tool fails cleanly without charging anything.

Best practices

List pagination

Tools that return lists (expired domains, auctions, registrations…) are paginated. Ask for “the next page” or refine the filters rather than loading everything at once.

Reference sites by bare domain

Use monsite.com, not the full URL. When in doubt, ask the AI to list your sites first.

Chain tools

The AI can chain several tools in one request (find quick wins, add the keywords, start writing). Describe the goal, not the steps.

Example workflows

Monthly business review

« Give me a review of my link sales over the last 30 days: total, top platforms, top sites. Compare with this month’s expenses and give me the margin. »

get_sales_summary

Onboarding a new site

« Add lemonsite.fr to my catalog: €90 standard article, Finance and Crypto thematics, FR language, link-sale monetization. »

list_taxonomies → add_website

Real-time bookkeeping

« I sold a link for €150 on Ereferer yesterday for monsite.fr, 30% commission. Also record my €119/month Semrush subscription since January as a recurring expense. »

add_sale → add_expense

Data-driven content production

« Find monsite.fr’s GSC quick wins, add the 5 best keywords to my library, and start writing one article a day on them. »

find_keyword_opportunities → add_keywords → publish_or_schedule (use_wisewand)

Agent-written article (free)

« Pick a relevant keyword from my library for monsite.fr, write a full article on it, and publish it as a WordPress draft. »

list_keywords → get_keyword_brief → (rédaction par l’agent) → publish_or_schedule (content)

Expired domain watch

« List auction domains ending in the next 6 hours with TF ≥ 15 and at least 50 referring domains, and analyze the top 3. »

list_auction_domains → analyze_domain

Troubleshooting

SymptomCauseSolution
Tools don't appear after addingOAuth authentication isn't finished.Complete the authorization (/mcp on Claude Code, codex mcp login on Codex, the Connect button on UI clients). A server added but not authenticated exposes no tool.
“The token lacks the required scope”Your authorization predates a permissions update.Disconnect then reconnect the MCP server: new tokens automatically cover all permissions.
“Token was not issued for this resource server” (401)The configured URL diverges from the canonical URL.Check exactly https://linkquiver.com/api/mcp — no www, no trailing slash.
“Daily MCP quota reached”Today's calls are exhausted (100 on Free; Starter and Business are unlimited).The counter resets every day at midnight (Europe/Paris). The Business plan removes all limits.
“Site not found”The site is referenced by full URL instead of bare domain.Ask your AI to list your sites, then use the bare domain (monsite.com), not https://www.monsite.com.
Cut off a client's accessYou want to revoke a connection.Disconnect the connector from your MCP client: the refresh token is invalidated immediately, the client can no longer do anything.
