Recommendations
- Bring the 20 orphan pages back into the structure by adding at least 2 to 3 contextual links to each from thematically related pages that are already crawlable.
- Prioritize the 69 weak pages: add links from the body content of stronger pages to these URLs, using descriptive anchors aligned with the topic or search intent.
- Rebalance authority by reducing reliance on navigation/widgets and adding editorial link blocks inside content, such as “related reading”, “associated services”, or “use cases”, only where relevant.
- Identify priority business or SEO pages and give each of them at least 5 to 8 contextual internal links from related pages, instead of letting /contact or the author page capture a large share of links.
- Build a manual content linking map: for every new or existing page, define 3 source pages that should link to it and 3 target pages it should link out to.
