1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LinkQuiver, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

LinkQuiver is a netlinking platform that offers:

  • Buying and selling quality backlinks
  • Trust Flow (TF) boost services
  • Sponsored article publication
  • SEO analysis tools

3. Registration and Account

To use certain services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Create spam or deceptive content
  • Violate the guidelines of Google or other search engines
  • Compromise the security or integrity of our platform
  • Resell our services without authorization

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content published on our platform remains the property of its respective authors. By publishing content, you grant us a license to use it within the scope of our services.

You guarantee that any content you submit does not violate the rights of third parties.

The LinkQuiver browser extension, its code, and the automation procedures it executes to interact with link-selling platforms (the "recipes") are proprietary works of LinkQuiver. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use, limited to using the service on sites you own or operate.

  • Extract, collect, republish, redistribute or resell the recipes, in whole or in part
  • Use them outside the service, or to build a competing service
  • Automate their retrieval, including by means of scripts or software agents
  • Circumvent technical measures for rate limiting, traceability or watermarking

These prohibitions apply subject to mandatory statutory exceptions, in particular the right of decompilation for interoperability purposes (article L122-6-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code).

Every recipe served is watermarked with the requesting account id, and every request is logged together with the site it is intended for. Any extraction is therefore attributable to an account. A breach of this article allows immediate suspension of access, without refund, and without prejudice to any claim for damages.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros and include all applicable taxes. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

We accept credit card payments via Stripe.

7. Refund Policy

As these terms are exclusively addressed to professionals, no right of withdrawal applies.

Refunds are only granted in the following cases:

  • Total non-execution of the service attributable to THE DUG MEDIA LTD within 60 days
  • Major non-compliance of the service with the description
  • Definitive technical impossibility to execute the service

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days following the scheduled execution date of the service.

Purchased credits and annual subscriptions are non-refundable. For more details, see our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

8. Warranties and Limitations

While we strive to provide quality services, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific results in terms of ranking
  • Guaranteed indexing by search engines
  • A specific timeframe for obtaining SEO results

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

10. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to read.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon their publication on the site.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Cypriot law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
